Contact form submissions are transmitted via SMTP directly to our email inbox. We do not store contact form submissions in our database.

If you create an account, account records (such as email address, password hash, and verification/reset tokens) are stored in our database to provide authentication and account recovery features.

Security Measures

We use standard safeguards appropriate for a small business site. Examples include password hashing for accounts, security headers, and limiting access to operational data.

Data Retention

Contact inquiries are retained in our email system for business correspondence purposes. We do not maintain separate databases of contact form submissions.

Account records may be retained as long as an account exists, or as needed for security and operational purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided to us. We will take reasonable steps to honor such requests, subject to legal, contractual, and security requirements.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Site (for example, hosting and email delivery). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
